Mud Crab in Butter Cream Sauce
As mentioned earlier last week end is my Bday, so a group of my best friends treat me at one of our favourite food hang out "Siu Siu Restaurant". What is the specialities of this place .................. oh ..... many, namely mud crab steam rice, crab vermicelli, mud crab in butter cream sauce, thai style roast pork knuckle and it have lots of rare species wild catched fresh water fish like sultan fish and those that i cant' translate their names.
But my all time favourite is mud crab in butter cream sauce and fried "mantau" to dip the sauce :-D.
Another reason why I like this restaurant is the environment and ambience, its located in a area with lots of greenery and exactly like the village home that most of us grown up so very cozy and cooling.

Phuket Revisited
Before the 2004 Tsunami I been to Phuket for twice, earlier this month I visit Phuket again but was really surprise by the rebuilding works because there's no trace of the disaster at all but yet still its much quiter then my previous few visit.
Overall its an enjoyable trip with lots of party time all night long and food is of course one of the main event. This time I discover a new thai dishes that I loved it so much, its called "Fried Padthai" which actually looks like and taste like kuey teow only thing is, it is thinner. We can choose fried with seafood, beef or chicken then there's some crushed peanuts and spring onion as garnished.
Even after such a tragic disaster Phuket is still an excellent destination for holiday.

On 12/09/06 is the official opening of F-Secure emergency response lab in Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur. This facilities is the only one outside of Finland and its an integrated part of F-Secure 24/7/365 emergency rsponse service to its customer.
The opening ceremony was officiated by the Finland Ambassador to Malaysia together with F-Secure CEO, CRO and official from MDEC and MSC.
While the ceremony is very interesting especially the talk by F-Secure Chief Research Officer but what excite me more is the lunch that was prepared by Mr. Ho's ........... unfortunately dont have his famous roast pork....... what a waste otherwise its a perfect occassion.
The best loh mee in town
I am not a fans of loh mee all this years until i tasted this stall. Its run by a husband and wife team which from penang so i believe this loh mee is quite authentic.
What is special is the sauce is very tasty and instead of vinegar like most they give a sour garlic sauce. Its so tasty .....
Its located at Desa Sri Hartamas next to True Fitness.
