雞蛋灌腸
趁著聖誕假期與幾位推友去了一趟巴生飲飲食食兼影
相. 早上十點多到巴生啱啱趕得切食早市肉骨茶雖然好
多靚嘢以差不多賣清但好幸運能試到我從未試過雞蛋灌
腸.
其實是一種湯裡面的主角是以一小段豬腸包住雞蛋白很
精緻的手藝除此之外湯裡還有豆腐笠及木耳絲.
