今次除了@wilsonfkp之外他的兩位朋友在五月一日相繼到訪那我就帶他們四處遊覽。本來想在星期日帶他們去Carcosa Seri Negara飲那裏有名的英式下午茶誰不知打電話訂位時先知原來以fully booked. 退以求茨我就諗起Ritz Carlton都有afternoon tea供應但原來星期日喺冇afternoon tea只有一星期一次的afternoon roast午餐. 算小弟見識扶淺這是小弟食過最富貴嘅午餐真的要謝謝三位香港朋友請小弟食呢餐.
這裏的afternoon roast實是個套餐有前菜,湯,主菜,甜品,古古力步飛(只限一次)同一杯wine及咖啡或茶每位收RM120.00++菜單如下:
前菜:
Salad of "Compressed" Lobster, Capers, Asparagus and Jardiniere Emulsion
(聽落有D似漆名.....哈哈哈)
湯:
Charred Tomato and Jardiniere Vegetable Broth
主菜(選其一):
1) Slow Roasted Prime Rib with Yorkshire Puddings and Au Jus
2) Orange Lacquered Norwegian Salmon Butter Poached "Pomme de Terre"
3) Coq Au Vin Chicken Cooked in Red Wine
甜品:
大廚自選精美甜品拼盤同Migniardes on the Trolley(古古力步飛車)

Feel want to have the dessert and chocolate
ooooh yes the choco choo choo train is filled with all those really gorgeous gourmet chocolate and the best one of all is the white marble chocolate with strawberry filling inside.....contemplating to go there again this sunday just for the chocolate...kakakaka
