對韓國料理的遍見
一路黎對韓國料理都有多少遍見認為徐佐燒烤就係Bulgogi之類的烹調方法。但上星期六同我兩個拍檔去佐一間我哋時常光顧的韓國餐館﹐我個拍檔話拒試過一道好突別的菜甘我哋就叫佐一份黎試下﹐道菜叫"pork wrap with chinese cabbage".
首先道菜係由三樣野組成的﹐滷豬肉片﹐掩過的包菜同用雪梨同蠔訴做的沙律。每一樣都可以獨立甘黎食但當張三樣野一擠食就好正啦。。。。。滷豬肉的味道加蠔的鮮味再加雪梨同包菜的清甜真係配合得天依無縫。。。。。正
